Enjoy exercising your body & mind

  • Exercising on the floor & with music - Each exercise first targets a particular muscle group followed by logical progression leading to the movement where you will use your body as a whole. This is the time when music will also lift your mind, making the movements feel lighter.  

  • Breathing exercises - are used to strengthen your abdominal corset. These exercises are used to engage deeper support within your body, resulting in the improvement of the body shape. 

  • Mind exercises - are used to calm the mind and balance the body. The energy shot podcasts will inspire you for the day.
