Lower back pain is a common complaint and up to eight out of ten adults suffer from it at some point in their lives.
The main reason is the pressure in the lumbar area. Elongate the short tight hip muscles and you can reposition the pelvis and alleviate pressure from the lower back. This prevents lower back pain.
Often it is the shorness of the deeper hip muscles that increases the pressure in a lumbar spine area. With these targeted stretches you will alleviate pressure from the lower back.

Who is this course for?
This class is for you who want to look after your whole body and target strength in the lower back. It is suitable for anyone with acute back pain. It is particularly suitable for those who do sedentary work.
The course is suitable for women and men.
You do not need previous experience of Method Putkisto or body training.

For the best results, perform each exercise with sufficient precision, enough frequent and regular practice, minimum of 3 times per week.

Online course: including instructional videos and written guidelines per exercise. The online course material will remain with you until the end of 2023.
Over the 5 days you will receive only ONE exercise per day, a series of 5 exercises.
PLUS one standard exercise to be repeated daily.
