These sessions will always invite you to focus on yourself and after the class you feel refreshed and rejuvenated. Only now I am really able to see the results. First, I was able to correct my pelvis positioning and now the muscles around my legs no longer feel tender, the swollenness has reduced and my feet no longer hurt when I walk. My upper body has changed its shape, both my shoulder and neck tension is easing up. Thank you for wonderfully structured classes. It has been a joy to attend and enjoy the great results.
