What happens when a group of women gather to talk about beauty — and why it matters?

Last Friday, at the vibrant and welcoming Ruby Zoe Hotel in Notting Hill Gate, something truly special took place. We launched our Method Putkisto Face Up programme to the public for the very first time — a Nordic way of exercising your face. And what a day it was.

Thank you to every single person who made the event unforgettable.

Together, we explored a new kind of beauty — not one found in filters, mirrors, or serums, but one that comes from within. The kind of beauty you give to yourself. The kind no one can take away.

This wasn’t just about facial exercises. It was about connection: to ourselves, our emotions, our bodies — and to each other. It was a call to take beauty into our own hands. As I like to say, a quiet revolution.

It’s part of our mission: taking your beauty into your own hands. Why? Because when your face is in balance, so is your energy. You feel alive, you feel radiant. And that’s what real beauty looks like.

We also introduced our six-week Face Up programme — a journey, not a quick fix. A practice. A way to re-educate the facial muscles, body, and senses from the micro level up. You start by sensing. Then something clicks. You don’t just seethe difference — you feel it.

And for some of you, the day sparked something more — a curiosity to go deeper, perhaps even to teach. If that’s you, I’d love to talk more. There’s a place for you in our growing community.

The truth is, beauty isn’t a look. It’s a presence. A sense of self. A kindness. And if the top-rated beauty trait in 17 countries is kindness (thank you, L’Oréal, for the reminder), then we’re definitely on the right path.

The starting point isn’t out there — it’s inside you. That split second where you either listen to doubt or step toward something new.
