FOUNDATION FOR THE YEAR POINT 1 - Good metabolism and ability to recuperate forms the foundation for well-being. Learn how to activate and calm the body and simply feel lighter. POINT 2 - Strong back and flexibility is your way to free your body. When the spine is free you are free. POINT 3 - Motor skills only develop when we are able to sense. Our sensory system may be overstimulated or under stimulated. The seasonal variation improves memory, makes learning easier and strengthens the body’s immune system. By focusing, the balance of the sensory system naturally balances sensory sensitivity. POINT 4 - muscles and brains need rest to get stronger. Man learns at rest. POINT 5 - Neutral positions are the foundation of stabilisation. POINT 6 - The elasticity of the diaphragm is the source of strength for the body. Diaphragm is the functional centre of the body. POINT 7 - Reflection brings it all together. January-February Mon 10.1. - Fri 18.2. STRETCH YOURSLEF SLIM in 6 weeks POINT 1 - Good metabolism and the ability to recuperate forms the foundation for well-being. Activate and calm the body and feel lighter We start the year by activating your metabolism and toning the body. February-March Mon 28.2. - Fri 10.4. STRENGTHEN YOUR BACK, in 6 WEEKS Time to focus on back-strengthening exercises. By increasing spinal flexibility, it helps joints, improves the strength of the legs and balances the hips. Inspired by the book Method Putkisto Peak Program, a special program for the spine. New way to practice April-May 25.4. - Fri 3.6. GAIN BALANCE AND FLEXIBILITY, in 6 WEEKS You will learn to balance your senses, activate stretches through exercises that strengthen the body deeply. Enjoy clearing your mind and freeing your spine from unnecessary burdens and rejuvenating your undiscovered strength. It is great to feel at ease. September-October Mon 5.9. - Fri 14.10.2022 STABILISE YOUR BODY IN SHAPE, in 6 WEEK In the fall, we add flexibility, support and strength to the body. We focus on the core to support the centre of the body and approach the deep muscles to lift and support your spine. During this period, you will experience the power of the neutral positions and how it provides the basis of all movements. You will learn to ease your joints and support your lower back. 1st -8th Oct DIONYSOS TURKEY November-December Mon 31.10. - Fri 9.12. BREATHE YOUR BODY BEAUTIFUL, in 6 WEEKS What to do if the stomach bulges, even when doing abdominal exercises? With breathing exercises, your stomach will flatten and your metabolism and well-being will improve. Breath should be light to be efficient when free to move.
