The Marja's Club Summer Programme is designed to help you reconnect with your body in a completely new way — gently, intelligently, and beautifully.
Through Method Putkisto training with Marja Putkisto, you will improve posture, release unnecessary tension, increase mobility and rediscover effortless movement. As the spine relaxes and the body begins to support itself naturally again, the effects can be seen, not only in how you feel, but also in how you look.
