It proves you how less is more’’, with short daily sessions (even twice a day 25 minutes at the time), combination with body and face work and in our January module use of cool packs to warm up and tone the body, inspired by Finland’s love for ice swimming.
Marja shares the inspiration behind this transformative program:
“Despite exercising a lot but found myself constantly tired, retaining fluids and feeling sore. It took me years before I realised my body was carrying low-level inflammation due to deep rooted problems in my hip area. When the body is misaligned It is quite easy to understand that as you repeat the movements, the joints and muscles are under stress. I did not even question the aches and pains as I thought they were part of a normal life. How far from the truth this was!
This was the reason for developing Method Putkisto over the years.

This January, we’re introducing a unique module that incorporates cooling techniques to boost circulation, to warm up and rehydrate joints. Don’t worry—you don’t need to dive into an icy lake! Instead, we’ll use small cool bags and gentle pumping motions to achieve remarkable results.
